Connect & Create Weeks 3 & 4

These last couple of weeks the children have been exploring again, this time focusing on texture using clay to investigate the school’s outside space. Once dry we added colour to highlight detail and remember the mosaics on display back at the Museum.
We have also been looking at wearable art and costume, with the children trying on different period outfits and planning their ideas for their own body-masks, to be made next week based on the discoveries at school and The Museum so far.
